Almond Pistachio Brownies

Pistachio Almond Brownies – These secretly healthy brownies have absolutely NO butter, are made with dark chocolate, and are low in sugar.

Ingredients

  • 2 Eggs
  • 1 Teaspoon Almond Extract
  • 1 Teaspoon Almond Extract
  • 1 Cup Raw Sugar
  • 1/3 Teaspoon Sea Salt
  • 2 Tablespoons Grape Seed Oil
  • 1/2 Cup Flour
  • 1 Teaspoon Baking Powder
  • 1 Cup Chopped Almonds
  • 1 Cup Chopped Pistachios
  • 1 Cup Semi-sweet Chocolate Chips
  • 1 Cup Dark Chocolate Chips

Directions

  1. Preheat oven to 350 Degrees.
  2. Grease and flour a baking dish.
  3. Lightly beat eggs, almond extract, vanilla extract, sugar, salt, and oil in a medium bowl.
  4. In a double boiler melt semi-sweet chocolate chips on medium low heat, stirring occasionally until smooth.
  5. Once melted add to egg mix, then stir in flour, and baking powder.
  6. Stir in Almonds, and dark chocolate chips and pour mix into baking dish.
  7. Top with pistachios and bake for 25-30 minutes.
  8. Remove and let cool before cutting and serving brownies.
