Apple Cupcake With Jam Recipe – It tastes sweet and delightful with the additional flavour of kissan mixed fruit jam which brings the authentic taste to the dish.

  • Semolina: 1 cup
  • Yogurt: 1 cup
  • Apple peeled, pitted and chopped: 1
  • Margarine: 1 cup
  • Baking powder: 1 ½ teaspoon
  • Sugar: 40 grams
  • Vanilla extract: 1 tablespoon
  • Kissan Mixed Fruit Jam: 2 tablespoons


  1. In a bowl, add semolina and yogurt. Mix it well and keep it aside. (It has to be soaked and kept aside for 10 minutes).
  2. Now in another bowl add margarine, sugar, vanilla essence and whisk it together until the sugar is completely mixed.
  3. Next, add the prepared semolina and yogurt mixture, Kissan Mixed Fruit Jam, baking powder and finely chopped apples to the batter. Give it a quick mix.
  4. Transfer into greased cupcake molds.
  5. Bake in a preheated oven at 180° for 10-15 minutes or until a toothpick pierced in the middle comes out clean.
  6. Remove from the oven and let it cool at room temperature.
  7. Now melt the jam and brush it lightly on the cupcakes.
