  • 1 pound lean ground beef
  • 1 medium onion diced
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon pepper
  • 1/2 teaspoon garlic salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon onion powder
  • 1/2 cup wild rice
  • 1/2 cup orzo
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 3 cups shredded cheddar cheese divided
  • 2 large zucchini hollowed out
  • sprinkling salt and pepper
  • *optional - fruit and nut mix with pecans and cranberries
