  • Brown bread: 4 slices
  • Boiled and mashed potatoes: 1 cup
  • Kissan Sweet and Spicy Sauce: 2 tablespoons
  • Jeera: 1/2 teaspoon
  • Mustard seeds: 1/2 teaspoon
  • Boiled green peas: 1 tablespoon
  • Garam masala: 1/2 teaspoon
  • Chopped green chillies: 1 teaspoon
  • Oil: 1 tablespoon
  • Turmeric: 1/4 teaspoon
  • Salt to taste
  • A pinch of pepper
  • Lemon juice: 1 teaspoon
  • Green chutney: 1 tablespoon
  • Butter: 1 teaspoon


  1. Heat oil in a pan. Add cumin seeds and mustard seeds. Once mustard seeds crackle, add green chilies, turmeric powder, mashed potatoes and green peas.
  2. Stir. Add in Kissan Sweet and Spicy Sauce and some salt. Stir
  3. Take it off the flame
  4. On bread slice, apply butter and green chutney. Now apply this potato mixture
  5. Pan grill this sandwich and serve.
