  • 4 zucchini, spiralized on the thinnest noodle setting
  • 2 tablespoons extra virgin olive oil
  • 6 cloves garlic, thinly sliced.
  • 1 1/2 pounds ground chicken
  • 1 tablespoon minced garlic
  • salt/pepper
  • 1/2 cup vegan basil pesto
  • 1/2 cup coconut cream
  • 1/4 cup walnuts, toasted and crushed
