Healthy Shamrock Smoothie

This healthy shamrock milkshake has a sweet creamy base so you’d never guess it’s high protein and low sugar!

  • 6 standard size whole milk ice cubes 4-6 regular water ice cubes 1/2 frozen banana 1/2 cup water, milk, or non-dairy milk (I used water to keep the calories in check) 8-10 drops stevia 1 scoop vanilla protein powder 1/8 - 1/4 teaspoon mint extract (I started with 1/8 and added another 1/8 because I didn't think it was minty enough.) 1/4 cup spinach (the more you put in the darker green it will be) .5 ounces dark chocolate chips (pay attention to directions for proper adding!)
