  • 200 cals


  • Cooked Rice: 1 cup
  • Boiled Rajma: 1/2 cup
  • Kissan Sweet and Spicy Ketchup: 3 tablespoons
  • Chilli powder: 1 teaspoon
  • Oil: 2 tablespoon
  • Large Onion, Diced: 1
  • Garlic pods: 4
  • Cumin powder: 1 teaspoon
  • Chopped Tomato: 4
  • Assorted Veggies: 2 tablespoon
  • Grated cheese: 50gms
  • Corn 1/2 cup
  • Salt to taste


  1. In a large pan, heat oil. Add onion and saute until soft and translucent. This will take 5 mins. Add garlic and continue sautéing for two minutes.
  2. Add corn and stir well. Add a little chilli powder and cumin and stir
  3. Add tomatoes and cook for 5-6 minutes
  4. Add rajma, cooked rice and stir well
  5. Add the cheese and cook till it melts. Mix well
  6. Pack in lunch box with salad on the side
