  • 1 medium cauliflower, cut into florets 3 tablespoons butter, melted ¼ cup mayo (I used vegan mayo but you can use the traditional one) 1 teaspoon Garlic powder ¼ cup Parmesan cheese Salt and pepper to taste 1 tsp Olive oil and fresh parsley for garnishing
