Pineapple Coconut Smoothies {Gluten/Dairy Free + Super Simple}

Pineapple Coconut Smoothies are a simple snack with a little taste of the Summer.

They’re perfect when you are craving something sweet but want to be healthy!


  • 1 Cup Frozen pineapple, roughly chopped
  • 1 Cup Chilled coconut cream (the amount of cream in an 8oz can of full-fat coconut milk)
  • 1 Tbsp Honey


  1. Place 1 8 oz can of full-fat coconut milk in the fridge for at least 3 hours.
  2. Once the can is chilled, open it with a can opener and scrape the thick cream off the top,
  3. stopping once you get down to the water (don’t throw it out! It’s great to drink or use in other smoothies!)
  4. Add the coconut cream, frozen pineapple and the honey to a blender and blend until well
  5. mixed.
  6. Devour!
