1 Medium head of cauliflower, cut into florets (about 5 cups or just over 1 LB)
1 Tbsp Olive oil
1 ½ Tbso Garlic, minced
1 Tbsp Finely-Grated Parmesan Cheese
2 tsp Ranch Dressing Powder Mix
Preheat your oven to 400 degrees.
In a large bowl, toss the cauliflower with the olive oil and minced garlic. Mix well to ensure the cauliflower gets evenly coated.
Spread the cauliflower onto a large baking sheet, making sure there are some spaces between the florets, don’t over-crowd them. Season with salt and pepper.
Bake for 15 minutes, stir around, and then continue baking until lightly golden brown and crispy, another 10 – 15 minutes.
Once roasted, place the cauliflower into a large bowl and sprinkle with Parmesan and Ranch powder. Toss to evenly coat.
