  • 2 eggs
  • 2 cups soy milk or other plant based milk
  • drop of vanilla essence
  • coconut fat for frying
  • Maple syrup
  • Vanilla-flavored soy yogurt or other plant based yogurt
  • Raspberries, fresh or frozen
  • 1 ts dried mulberries
  • 1 tbs chopped almonds
  • Cacao nibs
