- 1 cup unsweetened almond milk
- 1 tbsp almond butter
- ¼ cup old fashioned rolled oats
- ½ ripe banana, frozen
- ½ cup strawberries, frozen

- ¼ tsp grated ginger
- 2 tbsp chia seeds
Directions
- Place all the ingredients (except for chia seeds) blend until smooth.
- Pour the mixture into a tall serving glass.
- Sprinkle with chia seeds.

Directions
- Toss all the ingredients in a roasting pan.
- Roast the vegetables in a preheated oven for 15 minutes at 400 degrees Fahrenheit.
- Remove from the oven and mix well.
- Transfer to a serving plate and serve immediately.
