Fruit Smoothie Popsicles

Mixed Fruits, Greek Yogurt, Honey or Maple Syrup, Lemon Juice

These Fruit Smoothie Popsicles are a refreshing and healthy treat perfect for hot days. Bursting with vibrant fruit flavors, these popsicles are made with real fruit and yogurt, making them a nutritious option for both kids and adults. They’re easy to make and customizable with your favorite fruits. Enjoy them as a cool snack or a delightful dessert!

Ingredients

  • 1 cup mixed fresh or frozen fruit (such as strawberries, blueberries, mango, or banana)
  • 1 cup Greek yogurt (plain or vanilla)
  • 2 tbsp honey or maple syrup (adjust to taste)
  • 1 tbsp lemon juice
  • OPTIONAL: Fresh mint leaves for garnish

Instructions

Prepare the Fruit

If using fresh fruit, wash and cut it into smaller pieces. If using frozen fruit, let it thaw slightly for easier blending.

Blend the Ingredients

In a blender, combine the mixed fruit, Greek yogurt, honey or maple syrup, and lemon juice. Blend until smooth and creamy.

Pour into Molds

Pour the smoothie mixture into popsicle molds, leaving a small space at the top for expansion. Insert sticks into the molds.

Freeze

Place the molds in the freezer and freeze for at least 4 hours, or until solid.

Unmold and Serve

To remove the popsicles from the molds, run warm water over the outside of the molds for a few seconds or gently pull on the sticks. Serve immediately, garnished with fresh mint leaves if desired.
