Who doesn’t love a smoothie bowl? You know we do! This Restorative Green Smoothie Bowl is super delicious, but also healthy and great for resetting your eating habits. You can make this for breakfast, lunch, dessert, or for an after dinner snack. Use the toppings in this recipe, or get creative and your own!

Ingredients
- ¼ Avocado
- 2 Ripe Bananas (sliced and frozen)
- 1 Cup Mixed Berries
- 2 Cups Spinach
- ¾ Cup Kale
- 2 Cups Non-dairy Milk
- 1 Tbsp Flaxseed Meal
- 2 Tbsp Peanut Butter
- Sunflower Seeds
- Granola
- Nuts (almonds, pecans, walnuts, etc.)
- Shredded Coconut
- Fresh berries (any)
- Hemp seeds

Instructions

Add all smoothie ingredients to a blender and blend until creamy and smooth.
