Ingredients

  • 1 lb ground beef (lean or extra lean)
  • 2 cups fresh broccoli florets
  • 2 cups cauliflower rice
  • 1 medium onion, diced
  • 2 garlic cloves, minced
  • 1 tbsp fresh ginger, minced
  • 2 tbsp soy sauce (or coconut aminos for gluten-free/paleo)
  • 1 tbsp sesame oil (optional, for added flavor)
  • 1 tsp red chili flakes (optional, for heat)
  • 1/2 tsp black pepper
  • Optional Garnishes: Sliced green onions, sesame seeds

Instructions

Chop the broccoli into bite-sized florets and dice the onion. If using pre-packaged cauliflower rice, ensure it’s thawed and drained if frozen.

Heat a large skillet or wok over medium-high heat. Add the ground beef and cook until browned, breaking it apart with a spatula. Remove excess grease if necessary and season with black pepper.
