These Low-Carb Tacos are packed with flavor, texture, and all the taco goodness you love—without the carbs. Using keto-friendly tortillas and fresh, nutrient-rich ingredients, this recipe is perfect for a quick lunch or dinner that’s healthy and satisfying.

Ingredients

  • FOR THE FILLING
  • 1 lb ground beef, chicken, or turkey
  • 1 tbsp olive oil
  • 1 tbsp taco seasoning (store-bought or homemade)
  • 1/2 tsp paprika
  • 1/4 tsp chili powder (optional for extra spice)
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • FOR THE TACOS
  • 8 low-carb tortillas
  • 1/2 cup shredded lettuce
  • 1/2 cup shredded cheddar or Mexican blend cheese
  • 1 avocado, diced
  • 1/2 cup salsa or pico de gallo
  • 1/4 cup sour cream (optional)
  • 2 tbsp fresh cilantro, chopped

Instructions

Heat the olive oil in a skillet over medium heat. Add the ground meat of your choice and cook until browned, breaking it up with a spatula. Stir in taco seasoning, paprika, chili powder (if using), salt, and pepper. Cook for another 3-4 minutes until the meat is fully cooked.
