This Keto-Friendly Pork Tenderloin is a tender, flavorful dish that’s perfect for weeknight dinners or special occasions. Infused with garlic, herbs, and a blend of savory spices, it’s juicy, low in carbs, and pairs well with a variety of keto sides like roasted vegetables or cauliflower mash.

Ingredients

  • FOR THE PORK TENDERLOIN:
  • 1 lb pork tenderloin
  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • 3 garlic cloves, minced
  • 1 tsp smoked paprika
  • 1/2 tsp onion powder
  • 1/2 tsp dried thyme
  • 1/2 tsp dried rosemary
  • Salt and black pepper to taste

Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).

Pat the pork tenderloin dry with paper towels. Rub it with olive oil, ensuring it’s evenly coated. In a small bowl, mix together garlic, smoked paprika, onion powder, thyme, rosemary, salt, and pepper. Massage the seasoning mixture all over the tenderoin.
