Ingredients

  • 12 oz canned chickpeas, drained
  • 8 oz canned pumpkin puree
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 1/4 tsp ground black pepper
  • 1 lemon, juiced
  • 1 tbsp maple syrup
  • 2 tbsp olive oil
