Mini Eggnog Cheesecakes with Whipped Cream

Mini eggnog cheesecakes topped with whipped cream are a delicious holiday dessert that combines the creamy richness of cheesecake with the festive flavors of eggnog. Here’s a recipe to make these delightful mini cheesecakes

Ingredients

  • For the Crust:
  • 1 1/2 cups graham cracker crumbs
  • 1/4 cup granulated sugar
  • 1/2 cup unsalted butter, melted
  • For the Cheesecake Filling:
  • 2 packages (16 ounces total) cream cheese, softened
  • 1/2 cup granulated sugar
  • 2 large eggs
  • 1/2 cup eggnog
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1/4 teaspoon ground nutmeg
  • 1/4 teaspoon ground cinnamon
  • For the Topping:
  • 1 cup whipped cream (homemade or store-bought)
  • Ground nutmeg and cinnamon for garnish

Combine the graham cracker crumbs, 1/4 cup granulated sugar, and melted butter in a mixing bowl. Mix until the crumbs are evenly coated with butter.

Divide the graham cracker mixture evenly among the muffin cups, pressing it firmly to create the crust for each mini cheesecake.

In another mixing bowl, beat the softened cream cheese and 1/2 cup granulated sugar until smooth and creamy.
