Rainbow Fruit Skewers are a vibrant and fun way to enjoy a variety of fresh fruits. Perfect for parties, picnics, or a healthy snack, these colorful skewers are not only visually appealing but also packed with essential vitamins and nutrients. Easy to make and even easier to eat, they offer a refreshing burst of flavor with every bite.

Ingredients

  • 1 cup strawberries, hulled and cut in half
  • 1 cup pineapple chunks
  • 1 cup green grapes
  • 1 cup blueberries
  • 1 cup kiwi slices
  • 1 cup mango chunks
  • Fresh mint leaves for garnish (optional)

Instructions

Prepare the Fruit

Wash all the fruit thoroughly. Hull and halve the strawberries, peel and slice the kiwi, and cut the pineapple and mango into bite-sized chunks.

Assemble the Skewers

Thread the fruit onto wooden skewers in a rainbow pattern, starting with strawberries, followed by pineapple, green grapes, blueberries, kiwi, and mango. You can alternate the order if preferred.

If desired, garnish with fresh mint leaves for an extra touch of flavor and color.
