  • 1 1/2 pounds Brussels sprouts, trimmed and halved
  • 3 tablespoons olive oil
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • 1/4 cup balsamic vinegar
  • 2 tablespoons honey or maple syrup
  • Optional: 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese or crushed nuts (like walnuts or pecans) for garnish

Roast the Brussels Sprouts
