Roasted Curry Butternut Squash
- 12 oz butternut squash, cut into bite-sized pieces
- 3 tbsp olive oil
- 1 tbsp curry powder
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1/4 tsp ground black pepper
- 1/8 tsp smoked paprika
Combine all the ingredients in a roasting pan.
Toss everything together to coat properly.
Roast in the preheated oven for 27 minutes at 375 degrees Fahrenheit.
Remove and transfer to a serving plate.
