- Cooking spray
- Olive oil to drizzle
- Salt to taste
- Pepper to taste
- Optional: rosemary and parsley
- Optional: Feta or parmesan cheese to top with
Preheat oven to 425 degrees
Spray your favorite cooking spray on a baking sheet (we like Avocado oil spray from Whole Foods)
Spread mushrooms evenly on the sheet and drizzle with olive oil
Sprinkle salt and pepper to taste over mushrooms
Optional: sprinkle rosemary and parsley for extra flavor
Bake for  minutes
Optional: 5 minutes before taking the beans out the oven, sprinkle feta or parmesan cheese
Remove from oven and serve after hot
