  • Chopped zucchini
  • Cooking spray
  • Olive oil to drizzle
  • Salt to taste
  • Pepper to taste
  • Optional: rosemary and parsley
  • Optional: Feta or parmesan cheese to top with

Instructions

Preheat oven to 425 degrees

Spray your favorite cooking spray on a baking sheet (we like Avocado oil spray from Whole Foods)

Spread zucchini evenly on the sheet and drizzle with olive oil

Sprinkle salt and pepper to taste over zucchini

Optional: sprinkle rosemary and parsley for extra flavor
