Spinach and Artichoke Dip is a creamy, cheesy appetizer that’s perfect for parties, gatherings, or just a cozy night in. This dip combines the flavors of tender spinach and artichokes with rich cream cheese and Parmesan, creating a warm and comforting dish that’s always a crowd-pleaser. Ingredients

  • 1 (10 oz) package froze spinach, thawed and drained
  • 1 (14 oz) can artichoke hearts, drained and chopped
  • 1 (8 oz) package cream cheese, softened
  • 1/2 cup sour cream
  • 1/4 cup mayonnaise
  • 1 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Preheat Oven

Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).

Prepare the Dip Mixture

In a large mixing bowl, combine the softened cream cheese, sour cream, and mayonnaise until smooth. Stir in the drained spinach, chopped artichoke hearts, minced garlic, half of the Parmesan cheese, and half of the mozzarella cheese. Season with salt and pepper to taste.

Spread the mixture evenly into an oven-safe baking dish. Sprinkle the remaining Parmesan and mozzarella cheeses on top.
