- oz vegetable oil for frying
- 16 oz boneless chicken thigh, cut into bite-sized pieces
- ½ cup potato starch
- ⅛ tsp turmeric powder
- ¼ tsp ground nutmeg
- ⅛ tsp dried thyme
- ¼ tsp ground white pepper
- ¼ tsp dried oregano
- ¼ tsp smoked paprika
- ¼ tsp salt
- ½ cup red onions, sliced
- 1 red bell pepper, diced
- 1 green bell pepper, sliced
- ½ cup water spinach stalks, chopped
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- 1 head garlic, minced
- 1/4 cup honey
- 1/8 cup soy sauce
- 2 tbsp sliced red chilies
Instructions

Combine potato starch, turmeric powder, ground nutmeg, dried thyme, ground white pepper, dried oregano, smoked paprika, and salt in a mixing bowl; mix well.

Place and toss to coat the chicken well.

Divide the coated chicken and fry until golden in hot vegetable oil.

Place the cooked chicken in a mixing bowl for the meantime.

Continue the frying process with the remaining coated chicken.

Once the frying is done, heat the olive oil in a large skillet over medium heat.

Saute red onions, red bell pepper, water spinach stalks, and minced garlic for 2 minutes while stirring constantly.

Add in honey, soy sauce, and red chilies.
