? With Halloween around the corner you’re probably looking for healthy themed recipes and treats that you can feel good about feeding your family. You’re in luck! I’ve compiled a list of our favorite themed Halloween treats that are super easy to make.
1. Raw Avocado Zombie Bars
While I’m not a HUGE avocado fan, I love guac and will absolutely eat it with anything sweet – like Avocado smoothie bowls ?. These yummy and healthy Raw Avocado Zombie Bars from Brit + Co are made with pitted dates and almonds, and only take a few minutes. I can see eating these for a quick breakfast, or snacking on them any time of the day.
2. Halloween Banana Popsicles
How smart are these Halloween Banana Popsicles from Well Plated?! They’re made with raw banana and, surprise, greek yogurt as a white chocolate replacement. I’d probably dip a few of them in dark chocolate – on top of the greek yogurt.
3. Frankenstein Halloween Sandwich Wraps
I make wraps daily, so these Frankenstein Halloween Sandwich Wraps from Peas and Crayons are right up my alley. The cool thing about these is you can mix/match your ingredients and toppings to suit your taste. I’d probably make a breakfast wrap with egg and spinach (heads to the kitchen ???).
4. Halloween Avocado Toast
So remember when I said I’m not a hugeee Avocado fan? Well I do like avocado toast – it’s the geriatric millennial in me ??♀️. This Halloween Avocado Toast from Brit + Co is super customizable, but I love how they use seaweed and radish toppings to create faces ?.
5. Pretzel spiders bites
How cute are these Pretzel Spider Bites from Everyday Delicious?! These yummy bites are made with oats, dates, and peanut butter ?, and really do resemble baby spiders!
I’ll be adding more healthy treats to this list as I come across them, but for now I’m excited to try a few of these! Stay tuned for more!
