Easy roasted asparagus is the perfect side for any dish.

Ingredients
- Asparagus
- Cooking spray
- Olive oil to drizzle
- Salt to taste
- Pepper to taste
- Optional: rosemary and parsley for seasoning
- Optional: parmesan or feta to top with

Instructions

Preheat oven to 425 degrees

Spray your favorite cooking spray on a baking sheet (we like Avocado oil spray from Whole Foods)

Spread asparagus evenly on the sheet and drizzle with olive oil

Sprinkle salt and pepper to taste over asparagus

Optional: sprinkle rosemary and parsley for extra flavor
